My daughter and I stopped here after a doctor's appointment at Cleveland Clinic. So we were starving. We had a nice young lady waiting on us at the counter.. she was friendly, helpful, just all around perfect! You find this less and less so I just wanted to give her a shout out. It was tuesday, June 13th at around 5:30. So we get our pizza and sit down and it was the best pizza I've had in a long time! I really wanted to take some home to have later and that was hard to do because it was so good. It was thin crust which I find you can eat a lot of! So thank you Donatos and the young lady that waited on us, thanks for the good food and service!
Absolutely horrible wait times. Waited over an hour for two pizzas and garlic bread. Update ... when the delivery driver got to the restaurant, the order wasn't ready. They asked them to wait and never told them that the order was ready. The driver waited 20 minutes while the pizza sitting there getting cold. Second update: Donatos reached out to me through Yelp and took care of the problem. They were kind, prompt, and proactive. I really appreciate it, and I will be back again.
I am a fan. Ordered for the first time (on the mobile app) it was so easy. Drive thru pickup was perfect. Thin crust pizza with diced pepperoni, extra sauce is a winner! I would skip the wings next time, very small. But absolutely will be back for the pizza!!!
